Material and care:
Brass is a magical material which can be intertwined and shaped into beautiful artwork.
It is a copper and zink Alloy. Around 66% copper and 34% zink. An Alloy is a combination of two or more metallic elements especially to give greater strength or resistance to corrosion.
It's a commonly used metal in fashion jewellery and has been used for jewellery making since ancient times due to it's bright gold-like appearance.
Health benefits of wearing brass and copper jewellery:
Brass has natural Antibacterial properties because of the sufficient amount of copper that it has.
If in regular contact with the skin for example by wearing brass jewellery, these properties are absorbed through the skin into the body.
This can lead to an increase of energy and an improvement of metabolic functions.
You can clean your jewellery by using the following mehods to restore its original shine:
Brass is a durable material but it will also matt overtime. To give your jewellery the desired shine, you can easily clean them.
Polish and occasionally clean them with lukewarm, soap water or with lemon juice.
